The staff and the ladies up front are great!! They really care about the animals and it shows in the way they care for them. Dr. Rawlings is hands down the best vet that I've ever taken my dogs to that's why we have been going to Jacox since 2010, my old girl will be 17 in December and Jacox is the only vet she has been to. And the prices are very good a lot more reasonable than a lot of places out there. Thank you Jacox!!

The staff are like a second family. The prices and options for care are beyond reasonable. I take my two very large rescues and my mothers 2 small rescues here. The female very is extremely attentive and helps you decide what to based on your pet. The male vet is like a dog whisperer taking the time my pets need to trust him before poking around. I love both vets but my dogs have a preference. Not needing to book nail cutting is a blessing as often you look down and suddenly it's the day to go. The support staff are all so attentive and like I said become a second family.

Dr. Rawlings is hands down the best Veterinarian I have taken my dogs to! She does a complete examination and gives you many options to choose from. Being a single person on a limited budget, I really appreciate that. I trust her skills, her knowledge, experience and her expertise.

PS. About the person complaining about being charges for the “Unauthorized X-Rays”..1) I doubt that! 2) he brought his dog in saying he thought his dog ate his glasses?!....X-Rays are the best and only way to confirm that!!!!

I have been a client with Jacox for over ten years, I wouldn't trust my animals to anyone else. Their commitment and compassion shine through everything they do, from soothing the terror of a first-time office visit, to ending the chronic pain of a lifelong companion and friend at the end of life. and everything in between. The office is always clean and the staff friendly to both man and beast alike. I recommend them to everyone I know and to some who were total strangers lol. Check them out! You will be glad you did as will your furry companion.

My experience with Jaycox Staff has been disappointing at best. The lack of professionalism and uneducated advice being handed out by front desk staff is Horrible. All is well until you have a concern and then you are treated like you are the problem. They have taken advantage of my elderly mother repeatedly and to the point of being unethical. As I was unable to speak directly with any Doctor or medical staff regarding my concerns I can't speak to their level of professionalism but if their front desk staff is a reflection of the attitude of the Doctors you are best to find a better more educated place to go. We will certainly be filing a complaint with the Veterinary Medical board regarding the treatment that my mothers dogs received.
