The staff is very nice ! Explain things. However, I got cool sculpting on my neck. They took before and after pictures. Staff was honest with me. She said it really did not work on you but you can’t get your money back . We can do other services . You can’t get your other unused 1000 back. You loose it or use it. I was so disappointed! I felt like I lost money at a casino. Could not tell my why it did not work. I did not get a refund . It cost 2k for two treatments. I only got one treatment because it did not work . Trying to figure out what to do next. I’m so upset .

I have been getting laser hair removal services for a year and a half. I live over an hour away and have had to reschedule twice and each time they didn't have anything available for over 3 months. I get multiple emails and texts advertising all their specials but I can't get the services I have already paid thousands of dollars for completed in a timely manner. I planned to do other services but will not be doing it here!

I was really surprised by the other reviews I read and very glad I didn't read them prior to checking out Ideal Image on my own.



My consultation was wonderful; the staff is so knowledgeable and I never felt pressured or lied to. My contract was clear as day (even had important notes highlighted) and Katey went through it very thoroughly. I didn't expect them to have so many different payment options. I appreciated that the pricing was all upfront and I LOVE that I have a lifetime membership (which was also very clearly explained & in my contract).



I am a medical professional and another thing I really appreciate is that a Physician Assistant does every one of my treatments. They're super nice and I've felt comfortable since day one. They know their stuff and could explain why Ideal Image is the best choice, even if someone had the exact same equipment. I think of it like a stylist; they all have scissors but it doesn't mean they can all give me the cut I desire. So, when its a laser and my skin...yea, kind of a big deal whose operating that laser and making decisions.



Lets not forget...I DON"T have to shave!!!! I can't explain how soft my legs are! I'm adding my upper lip because I just noticed a few dark hairs...not having that!

They will tell you anything to get you to sign contract! Lies Lies Lies! I was told that i would have a lifetime guarantee and would not have to spend any more money for any future visits i might need. Beware of lies!

Do Not go there! They refuse to honor the contract they signed with me! I am in the process of litigation to get my money back! They will say anything to get you to sign the contract.

The only way you can get pricing is by going to a consultation, which I feel is ridiculous. Why waste my time if we aren't even on the same page as far as pricing is concerned. To get a full bikini the you have to have 9 treatments @ $532 per treatment, which was a total of $4,790! I called around and I was referred (by a well known plastic surgeon in the Tulsa area) to this place that charges $80 per treatment. They use the same laser that Ideal Image does but NOT the same price gouging techniques. Good thing I decided to do some homework and it paid off! I would not recommed Ideal Image to anyone, even if you can afford to give away your money to crooks!
