After ceiling collapsed and had to call the cops on ALL the fights in the complex, we decided it wasn't worth it. We literally had fights right outside our window 3-5 times PER WEEK... and they have a serious roach problem that they never actually fixed the entire time we were here.



Our lease ended and we were told that we HAD TO RENEW AN ENTIRE NEW LEASE to stay past the 1st of the new month. In a horrible stressful situation (where we thought we were going to be homeless AS WE WERE TOLD), we finally got all we could out of the apartment AND THEY TOLD US THAT THEY WERE STILL CHARGING US FOR ANOTHER MONTH OF RENT!!!



We refused to pay the additional month due to the fact they we HAD TO LEAVE; they are now sending us to collections WHEN WE DID WHAT THEY FORCED US INTO- saying they "don't remember saying that"...HORRID business/service with absolute no sense of morals.



Don't listen to the cheap reviews they posted on their own page...
