Hostwinds support is good! Really there isn't any reason to slag, they have always responded to my queries and been very helpful! I have 3 domains with them and I am very satisfied with my experience at Hostwinds.

Uptime is close to 100% and the only downtime was because of planned reboot of servers. Network is ok, no glitches or packet loss.
