This realtor is very lazy.They dont want to fix anything. You have to call and call before they come. They take old parts and fix other parts with them and when you call them they tell you there going to come the next day to fix it they never show up. These people are not very good people to rent from.So if you rent from them make sure you look very good at the place

The property manager for this realtor, Marilyn Howard, is a deceitful, untrustworthy person. She sabotaged my rental verification with slander upon me giving my notice to vacate the property. Nothing ever got fixed at my place after several requests and she makes every problem that occurs while renting your fault. So renters beware when renting from this owner. My experience led to me filing a BBB complaint, so rent at your own risk!
