Joke of a delivery service

I ordered an item through Nordic Track who hired these people to deliver my item. I prepaid $199 through Nordic Track for over threshold delivery and white glove service which included assembly. I was gone on deployment so my wife had to accept the delivery and these guys told her it was not a threshold delivery and she�d have to write a $150 check for them to bring it inside and assemble it. The check was written out to an individual not a company. Not only was my wife scammed but these yahoos did not wear any kind of protective covers over their shoes and I have mud stains all over the carpet in the room where it was installed. I�ve found several shortcuts in their installation when I got home such as half assed placement of stickers, over tightened bolts to the point I now have stripped bolts where the directions clearly say to only tighten to a snug fit so as the screen can actually swivel. Absolute joke I�m beyond irate with the blatant disregard these guys had for our home and immoral act of getting more money out of us when it was already paid in full.

Worst service ever

Unfortunately the exchange for Tinker AFB OKC, OK uses this lazy incompetent company to deliver furniture. I paid an extra 75.00 to have my furniture delivered and brought into my house only to have it dumped on my porch. Two young unprofessional females along with an elderly Male driver showed up and stated that they had no idea how to carry the furniture into the house after they ran over my mail box trying to pull thier truck into my driveway. My wife was alone at home waiting on the delivery and had to call me home from work to get the furniture safely inside my house. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AND REQUEST A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO DELIVER ANY THING YOU ORDER FROM ANY COMPANY.

Great!

I had a great experience with Bear Logistics. After reading a previous review, I was a little worried, but my experience was the total opposite of that. I was notified via text and phone that my delivery would be coming within a 4 hour window the next day. The day of delivery, I got another text and a call from the driver, Mike, letting me know he was 45 minutes away. The delivery went smoothly, and Mike was extremely professional, courteous, and patient. Thanks!

TERRIBLE service!

I ordered a few things from IKEA and unfortunately they have a contract with this company to deliver product. My first experience with this company was just shocking. First they dont call you to let you know if you'd be available to be home for delivery, and when you call to let them know that day they sent you wont work, they give you attitude and are not only extremely condescending but disrespectful!
When they came out to deliver the driver was rude, ignorant and had no sense of professionalism! One of my items came damaged and so I called Bear Logistics to let them know, they pretty much said "take it up with Ikea-just write on the delivery note that it was damaged" after writing that and scratching off what the driver put that I refused the product, the driver began arguing with me and began cursing at me!!!! My husband had to intervene and told him to leave, we tried calling Bear Logistics and spoke to the supposed manager/owner Debbie, and they refused to hear us out and said the driver wouldnt do that since he is one of their best drivers!!!
I called and complained to IKEA and they mentioned they would review their contract with them but that for now it is the one company they have to go through to deliver my product.
Today, I had another unpleasant and rude experience with this company again as they scheduled my delivery for Monday when I specifically asked for tomorrow. Why ask me when I'll be available if they're not going to stick to it? I spoke to Debbie, the supposed owner/supervisor, again and she was beyond rude. She was not understanding that I had asked for delivery date to be tomorrow and rudely raised her voice at me and said "do you want monday or not?!!" after telling her I am checking my schedule to see what I can do to see if I can move things around with my work, she aggressively says "you know what you're off for Monday! I'm taking you off our Monday Schedule!" I immediately asked "ok so you're just taking me off your delivery route without my permission?" and she flat out says "yes, yes you're taking too long and cant even give me an answer!". She refused to change her ugly/rude attitude when I simply was asking questions about when they would be available to deliver besides this coming Monday, and why they couldnt deliver on the date I mentioned would be best for me. I am currently on the phone with IKEA to make another formal complaint against this terrible "business". How can a place keep running when they have no consideration or respect for clients, is beyond me!

Awful service. They called to tell me they would deliver between 3-7 yesterday and they never showed up. I have been calling them all day with no answer and no call back. I have no idea the status of my delivery.

Terrible terrible service - no one answers the phone - very slow service - lost items - and promised a 20 minute pre call - they called when they arrived and left in 10 minutes.
