DO NOT USE THEM. I had recently used them for a cleanout and they PROMISED me and GUARANTEED that the drains would be clean. I asked them if there is a warranty time and told them my brother had a couple of properties that in less than 2 weeks they had to come back out and get done AGAIN… and he unknowingly paid them twice. SHE GUARANTEED that I would not be charged for the cleanout again. Of course…. that was NOT the truth. Here it is a month later and the problem NOT taken care of. Horrible RUDE company and I can not report them to the BBB because they are not BBB accredited I assume. (they couldn't find them as a company) I will have to now pay again for another company to do what I paid this company to do. They suck and I am very unhappy!

They are are on time gets the job fast. The lady in the office is so sweet.

My experience with this company was great. I had a waterline freeze and break last week, a tech showed up immediately and repaired the problem. The bill wasn't bad either, what more could you ask for.

I called them on Christmas eve after my garage pipes froze. They had someone at my house within 30 mins...and fixed within the hour. The guy gave me some preventative tips on what to do with the rest of the piping and even lit my gas heater for me. Excellent service.

Gerred's plumbing has always done a great job for me. I've had leaks that they fixed the first time without issues. I needed my drain cleaned out because it was backing up and they took care of it the same day with no problems. Would use them again.

Horrible company! Did a main line clean out 3 weeks later still backed up. Called and they gave me the run around! The owner hung up on me! I was being calm and he was very rude! Please do not use this company. You will be very disappointed

The most incompetent and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. A simple installation of water faucets in home turned out to be a 9 hour job and a $900.00 bill. Problem is faucets still leak?? If they have a trademens plumbing license with the state it should be revoked. When I called owner he hung up on me....

I have used this company numerous times over the years on my rental property. They have always done a good job at a reasonable price only negative I have is they are slow in reSponding to voicemail.they do not communicate real well as far as a time to get to the location. Even so I am very pleased with their work

We use these guys at our church all the time. They always work with us to keep the price down. I recently had them out to my house for a clogged drain and it only cost me $50. That never happens when you call the plumber. Great guys.

Unless you have money to throw away DO NOT CALL GERRED PLUMBING!!! they charge double the price they quote, then don't honor the guarantee and to top it all off they take advantage of senior citizens.

I would tell them to run! This company has sent two men out three times in four weeks. The problem is yet to be resolved. They are not in uniform or in marked trucks and seem extremely disorganized. The man that was here tonight wasn't even sure where the main line tied into the home's plumbing. When asked what he had done, he said he didn't know what I meant. What? When I asked if he had used the blades to clear the line, he again said he didn't know what I meant! When he asked if we were satisfied and we said no, he said he couldn't understand why, his company had done a good job. Really, then why is the toilet now bubbling upon flushing, and not clearing out the bowl? That wasn't even happening before he got here. The straw the broke the camel's back was when he accused us of flushing something down the line to create the problem. I asked if he had found anything in the line to back that up, to which he replied no, I didn't find anything! But he accused us again...and he couldn't believe it when I said I would NEVER use them again! Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere!!!

Completely satisfied! What a wonderful experience. He listened, told me what he thought needed to be done, quoted a price, and solved my problem. I didn't feel "taken" for a walet ride, like I do at the auto garage. Very Happy.

I would tell everyone to avoid this buisness as if it were the plague. Since January 2013 I have been trying to move into this place he is rentin at 619 Lawrence st. in Muskogee, Ok. He recieved a full months rent and deposit finally on 02\10\2013 reasureing me the house was ready. The plumbing is backed up. there is no power meter on the the house and ONG will not install one until he has an electrician fix the unit and have it repaired.There is broken trash in the bak yard, a dangerous storm celler that needs closed off and sealed. He has refused my calls and threatened his mmaintenance personel with suits or harm if they become involved, but they have joined me in a fraud report with Muskogee P.D.I have been renting motels as now I needed to move in and cant.I have three grandchildren and a pregnant daughter-in-law living in motels as we cant move is the house.He is a fraudgelent buisness owner and crook. Do not do Buisness with Robert Gerred!!!!!

Called at 3:50 PM and I was told a plumber would be at my place soon as he just had one stop before coming to my place. I then waited over two hours and decided to call back and see what was happening The plumber denied having a text message sent to him by the main dispatch office. The driver called my place and said they could do it the next afternoon. Not acceptable-it was supposed to be done this evening. I would advise you to call a different plumbing company.

We had Gerred's Plumbing out to replace all of our bathroom fixtures. They did a great job and completed the job in just a couple of hours. The quote we received was exactly what we were invoiced. I would use them again for any of my plumbing needs and would recommend them without hesitation to any friend or family member.

When our water heater went out we called three plumbing companies at 7am, and Gerred's was the first to call back. We did ask for a quote before having the work started, and the final bill was what they quoted. The repairman also repaired one of our toilets the same day without charge (using parts we already had). He was very nice, and the work he did was quite satisfactory.

the worst plumbing service i have ever used. they need to let you know up front how much they are going tocharge you, instead of quoting so much an hour, and then trying to turn a two hour job into 12hours, and then still not finish the job. save your money, use someone else.
