I went to Gardner's for the first time last year after hearing wonderful things about them from serveral people. They got me twice the refund I had been getting and were very quick and professional. I'll continue using them and referring them to others.

We used Gardner for our business and our personal taxes. Mr. Richard Garner (the owner) did our taxes on both. He originally told us we were getting about 13,000 back. We didn't think that sounded right so we called back to speak with him to make sure this was right, 4 days later another person called and supposidly fixed it saying now its 6,000. He still didn't feel comfortable and they both were in such a hurry and didn't explain things well or seem to understand our questions. So we scheduled a meeting with Richard again, and after meeting with him didn't feel heard or like he was even taking his time to get it right. We felt rushed and left feeling confused. Would not recommend, they are so busy that you are just a number and they don't seem to care if they get it right.
