Sells are priority. Service not so much. Purchased hot tub in fall 2011. Within 3 months one speaker had stopped working (reported to my salesman). No action taken. June 2012 hot tub overheating and reminded about speaker... Only action taken was to have me turn temp down and wait for outdoor temp to drop STILL NO ACTION ON SPEAKER. August 2012 (just before warranty ran out) contacted again about speakers. (by this time both had quit). Was told never reported to service (I had left several messages with service) STILL NO ACTION. Today Sep 23,2013 I called to price a new cover. Was asked if the tub had speakers. Reminded me of the service work that still had not been preformed. After a few calls back n forth... Was offered one speaker, but I'd have to put in myself or pay labor. I laughed!!!
