Went to Tulsa to visit my dad in the hospital. We reserved a king. We wanted to change to a double when my brother also showed up. We called the hotel. It went to an answering service that said "The clerked stepped away. We can have them call back, or try back later." We asked for a call back. Never got one. We tried back to no avail. Upon arrival they showed double rooms available online. Went in, explained the situation. We were told there were no doubles. A lady behind us said "What room do you have? I reserved a double, & want a king. I'll change with you." The clerk said "We can't do that. It's hotel policy" She said it was because we booked through Orbitz. Since it was after 6PM Orbitz couldn't help. The hotel's cancellation policy was in effect.



At checkout, they couldn't find our info. They couldn't find our credit card that they made a photo copy of. After waiting 15 minutes, the clerk was able to locate our paperwork.



We will not be back.
