We have been waiting for a product we ordered to be delivered. We received a phone call that it would be delivered and we had to followup with the company because no one contacted us. At that time, they stated they had spoken to us and we were unavailble which was not the case. We had not received any type of communication. When we advised no one had called, they stated it would be delivered the next day. We called first thing that morning and they stated we would have to wait yet another day. At that time we spoke to the owner who stated there was nothing he could do with the service we had received becuase of what he receives in payment to do the service. I have nothing to do with this piece of it and therefore should not be penalized. There was no foul language used, but the customer service was below subpar. The owner actually hung up on us in the end. After contacting the company we bought the merchandise from, we magically got a delivery appointment.
