My son has been trying to contact an adjuster there for days. Now he has received a letter stating he will owe storage fees if he does not contact the company. It is the company not contacting him. All of the reviews I have seen online about this company are very poor. Consumers need to complain to the state insurance comissioner. That is what I plan to do. Or you could call 2 news works for you, if this situation continues I might call them too.

This has to be one of the absolute worst insurance companies I have ever dealt with in my life. Their customer service, on a scale of 1-10, ranks a flat 0. The rep. I dealt with on the phone was the rudest, most obnoxious individual one would ever want to encounter. Yelling and raising her voice at me on the phone, on more that one occasion, like it was my fault i was run over by one of their clients. Good luck at getting them to call you back - if you need something YOU have to call and hopefully get through. The whole ordeal, from giving me total grief, to doing the same with the body shop i used to get my vehicle repaired, to waiting 80+ days for me to finally get things settled (with untold hours on the phone on my end) was a total nightmare. Their lack of concern for getting me back up and running was pitiful. They do what they want, when they want, and only IF they want. You will be told something today and the next time you talk to them it suddenly is totally different. They "make up" rules as they go and most of the time on the phone was spent trying to tell me what they were NOT going to pay for and do. The body shop I used told me they would rank them in the lowest percent of customer satisfaction also. Constantly changing their minds about orders, leaving the body shop in a tough situation. I had to finally get an attorney involved to get what was legally mine in the first place. and guess what, this mickey mouse organization argued back and forth with the attorney!!!! I finally, after 80+ days of being without, got about 80% of what i was owed. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!! Terrible, awful, pitiful, inconsiderate, obnoxious, rude, non-caring - you name it! If you have this company as your insurer, good luck if you ever need them. If you are hit by one of their clients, don't waste your time trying to call and deal with this bunch of jerks - go ahead and get an attorney and let them do it for you!!!!! Companies like this need to be put out of business!!!!!!! If you’re looking for an insurance company you can do better than this.
