The customer service here, is absolutely amazing. My computer software was damaged and in need of recovery. when I went to Best Buy they said they couldn't do much and needed I needed to order a particular piece. That it self would have took a lot of time and money so I continued to look. After arriving to Eldon's Electronics and explaining the issue to Marion, he instantly told me he can fix it. He also helped me understand in details why my computer needed to be recovered. Marion Completed the job, by the following day and his prices was very reasonable. This is a great place to go, if you have any technical issues. He will do what he can to repair the product, and make sure his customers are satisfied.

What ever you do DO NOT take your PC or laptop to this place. I brought in a laptop that had a cracked screen, they ordered a new one, installed it and would not show any picture at all. They said it was the data cable that somehow got messed up. So they gave it back to me as "Unfixable". We i went ahead and bought the replacement screen to fix myself. When i got the laptop home i had noticed that 60% of the screws were missing and the plastics housing on for the ethernet jack was broke. I ordered the data cable online to replace at they said it needed a replacement. Well that didn't work either. I had the LCD tested by a real professional only to find out it was faulty as well. So not i am out almost half of what the laptop cost to get it repairs thanks to the lovely amateurs at Eldans. These people have no idea on computers or laptops. If you need a PC fixed i suggest you go find a little kid.

Very bad business, Also scammers, Total ripoff buyer beware, They change there name alot, Red flag! The owner is also being investigated on tax evasion & various other charges!

We took our laptop in because it wasn't charging correctly. They were able to fix it but, when we got home our keyboard wouldn't work. We called them and they were very courteous and had us bring it back and repaired the keyboard VERY fast with customer service as well. Very knowledgeable and good at what they do.

The store has been under new ownership for a year now and the customer service could not be better. The owner goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. The pricing is very reasonable and the turnaround time is excellent.

!!!BEWARE!!!! Very bad Business !!!!! They do not know what they are doing!!!!! Always an excuse!!! WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!! Also Known as ABX computers & "Fix IT R us" ...They seem to change names alot NOT a good sign!!!! RiP-OFF !!!! Beware!!!

They have the best customer service i have ever experienced - the Technician was very helpful and did not mine answering all of my questions and he repaired my set at my home i did not have to try to pick it up and bring it in wonderful i am very happy and will recommend them to all of my friends

took my daughters ndsi in because it broke in half and they fixed it almost as good as new in 2 hours, i would half to say i was surprised because i saw some bad reviews but they did me right

Took in a PlayStation 3 with an apparently common malfunction. Jordan, one of the technicians, was very professional and explained the repair process thoroughly. Fixed the non-working PS3 in HOURS and cheaper than Sony wanted to charge, even before shipping. Would certainly use again for this type of repair

ABX Computers is also known as Fix It R Us Computers with a location on 71st street. I wish I had known their other name before I took my XBox there recently. I was given a 3 day estimate for how long it would take to repair. I was finally called on the tenth day and told my console was fixed. I took it home and now it does not recognize game discs. It has the ability to play DVDs only. They replaced the DVD drive but did not do it properly and now my Xbox is nothing more than a DVD player. I called and told the "technician" the problem and he said he didn't know what to do but he'd call someone else and then call me back. He did not call back. I strongly advise you to avoid this place. I'm going to be requesting a replacement XBox from them. If they admit their mistakes and replace my console, then I'll revise this review. Otherwise, I'll fight them every way possible until they wish they had replaced my console.

Need a zero star rating. They charge to much and didn't even fix the problem. They don't stand behind their service either. They take your money and kick you out the door. They don't return phone calls and make any attempt to right their many wrongs. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!

Is there no zero star option? These guys are the worst. They had my Dell laptop for over a month and when I got it back the problem was still there. I will never go back there again.

These guys honestly do have a cluttered workspace but Ive had them work on several items and they've always steered me straight and told me what could be fixed etc..I recommend them.

This place looks like its infested with cockroaches, stuff stacked up on dirty stuff everywhere. Not only that, the owner barely speaks any English, & has a horrible attitude if you don't accept what he says as the Gospel. I took my daughters DS in there, he charged a bench fee, I got it back & 3 days later it does not work again. I suspect they did not actually replace the part they say they did. I called about it. He told me no refunds, all sales final & hung up on me.Not only that, it took almost 2 weeks to get it back! Avoid them at all costs!
