I ordered a cute little birthday bouquet for my mother in law to be delivered to her. She sent me the picture showing what she got and luckily she was happy with it but it was not what I ordered. What's frustrating is I even called ahead of time after ordering online and asked if they had to substitute anything out or if it is going look just like the picture and they said "Nope, it's gonna look just like the picture!". The vase is a different color (was supposed to be teal but she got ugly pink), she didn't get her Happy Birthday foil balloon and they packed it full of kale for filler when clearly on the advertised picture there was more fruit than kale so it's frustrating that I spent so much money on something that was supposed to be really beautiful but turned out mediocre and not only that, I was lied to about how it was to be presented! It sucks since I live in Oregon I couldn't of picked it up myself & checked for accuracy. Instead I had to get this delivered to her in Oklahoma and I can't even trust what's advertised online or even what I was told by the local retailer. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my mother in law said the fruit tastes great & she loves the chocolate on the kiwis.

My boyfriend ordered me a treat for Valentine's Day from here. Two days later and I STILL haven't received it. Calls to the store and to the 877 number come up with nothing because the number is busy. Needless to say, he will be going up there to cancel the order and we will NEVER use this business again for anything.

My girlfriend ordered a basket of treats to be delivered to me on VALENTINES DAY. Two days later I still hadn't received my delivery. So when it comes to Edible Arrangements.................. i'll make other Arrangements.
