I have been a patient of Dr. Beller's for 15 years and would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Tulsa metro area looking for a new dentist. She listens to my concerns and explains the conditions that I might be experiencing and how to fix them. She walks me through the procedures before attempting them and makes me feel at home with the extra blanket and calm scenery (a nice perk for those of us that have dental office anxiety!). I also enjoy talking with the other ladies in the office. I have referred many of my friends/colleagues over here and they also love it and continue to visit! I know you'll like it too.

I was taking my daughter next door to Henry Orthodontist. The parking lot at Dental by design was completely empty and the office appeared to be closed. Henry Orthodontist lot was almost full, so I elected to pull into the dentist office lot to park. We got out and started walking to the office when the dentist, a female came running out and ordered us to leave the parking lot. She went on a mini tirade that she owned the lot and it was private property. Wow! Please remember, the lot was completely empty! No patients at all and about 10-15 spaces for them to park. It appears all she has to do, is sit there and wait or some unsuspecting person to drive up. I am sure, I would never use some one like her for my dentist. Reading over her patient reviews, I am not alone! Very neurotic!

First, watch out for the counter remarks because if 3 people in a row don't like this place, it should be an automatic red flag. Hmmm. Where should I start? Dr. Beller should not be a dentist. Like the other reviews I had a very similar experience. The facility is great, however the customer service is horrible, and what's the fist thing you expect when going to a dentists office? GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. My first visit was pleasant but I knew something was wrong. They made me feel like all the teeth in my mouth were wrong and I needed a bunch of work done by them. They wanted to replace a perfectly good filling in my mouth just to make money.

The second visit was for a filling and I was nervous trying out Dentistry by Design on a larger dental procedure. Let's just say that it went horrible. The next two days my bite was completely off and my jaw hurt from it. She had no verbal communication and walked out on my in middle of the procedure. While in the procedure she never told me what she was doing and what I needed to do. Then when I called to get it fixed I went in and all she did was blame me for the mistake when my whole bite was completely off. It was terrible and I wish I had known this before I went. Don't choose this dentist because she stinks. She might be better at nannying or selling cars.

The office is beautiful. The girls that work there, including the dr, are rude. They don't come right out and be rude they try joking about it, but you know they aren't joking. I hadn't been to the dentist in years and dentist offices like this are why. I will not be returning to her office.

The facility is beautiful--almost spa-like, with its reclining chairs, overhead television, and serene view of a small wooded area. My first visit there was a reasonably nice experience, but apparently that is not a consistent feature. On my follow-up visit, I was scolded, griped at, complained to...the dentist even resorted to sarcastic, demeaning remarks and raised her voice at me. She never introduced herself at either visit--just walked up to me in gloves, mask, and goggles and tried to jam a needle in my mouth, never explained anything about the procedure she was doing, and then blamed me for not knowing certain things about it. She had me wear sunglasses during the procedure so the light wouldn't hurt my eyes, and when I stood up after the procedure, half dazed, she acted like I was going to steal her crappy little sunglasses. I was very offended at the whole visit. I will never go there again.
