Got there at 1:00pm and was seen a few minutes after i arrived. Staff is very friendly and can answer any questions you may have with an explination. I had to have a tooth extracted. The only complaint i have is that when they gave me the anesthetic, i sat there for almost 45 minutes with half of my face numb but the procedure took literally 3 minutes. They went over everything as far as what to do whenever I go home. I really love that they go over prices and things before they start the procedure. I would definitely recommend and they also take most insurance.

Awesome dentist and staff. Everyone was caring and the quality of work was top notch. They accepted my insurance plan and helped me figure out how much everything would cost before any of the work was done. 5 stars!

The dentist was great. The office staff and manager were irritating and persistent while I was in the dentist's chair. Incomplete claims were filed with my insurance company and they later refused to cooperate to supply the needed information. Of course they told me it was taken care of. Outright untruths!

amazing staff, great doctor. Love the décor and the trains. At first, I thought it was a children's clinic. But after meeting everyone there and how they treated my son, I made an appointment for myself and I am glad I did. They do everything there.

I have never been able to say I found my dentist for life. Who are we kidding. They are open on Saturday. I work till 5pm. I called and asked if i could be seen after 5pm. Talked to a girl by the name of Laura. She asked the doctor and he apparently told her we would be happy to accomodate him. No one does that. I had a chipped tooth. I really thought I am going in and they will tell me I need a root canal or something. He looked at my X-ray and said we can easily fix this problem with a simple filling. I was out of pocket just little because my insurance covered 80%. and from the front desk to their doctor, they are class act, hands down A awesome. All I ask you is to check them out and you'll believe my 5star. Well deserved, Thank you dental depot.

I think the staff and dentist are great. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because I came in on a Saturday and had to wait a while to be seen. I don't mind though because I didn't have an appointment and I was so glad they were open. I had a toothache went to urgent care and they told me that this place was open Saturdays. I will definitely be back.

The people here are so nice and lovely but I am not happy with the service. I had a set appointment and waited almost three hours before they began. I asked about swelling due to an engagement I had that evening and was assured it would be none to little swelling. Four hours later, face was still a balloon and could not talk or eat or drink. It was very embarrassing to say the least. I'm not mad I was swollen, I'm mad they lied and said I wouldn't and ruined my evening. Just tell me the truth. Nice people but really inconvenient situation for me
