Had roof replaced by Denali. Roof looks great, but ran into issues of getting them to finish. Plus have had a time getting the office manager to give us a detailed bill for our records. Have asked repeatedly and is still waiting. This has gone on for over a month.

I was very happy with my new roof! They delt with my insurance company and did my roof within a week after my insurance guy came out and looked at my roof. Dave

These guys are very unfair in their dealings with customers. Be watchful. They will get you sign documents you have no knowledge of and not telling you what you are signing. I won't recommend them to anyone.Pete

they would not give me a detailed estimate. I do not recommend.

They just finished my roof this week! It only took them 1 day! My roof looks great and I paid no out of pocket expense. These guys are GOOD!!

My experience was a very good one with thes guys. I was scepticle of what they said in the beginning but they did everything they said they would do. I am impressed with how thourough they were with everything from paper work to the work on my roof. Jennifer is a blessing to these guys and yes I owe you a drink for not believing you in the beginning. You cannot trust everyone and Denali First, you supprised me. T. Kelly

My roof looks great, I paid no out of pocket expense, and even got upgraded from a 25yr shingle to a 30yr. shingle at no charge. My brother is an engineer and I asked him to take a look after the job was complete. He said it was excellent work! I could not be happier! The clean-up after the job was done was also great. Denali First will get my blessing any day.

I just had my roof replaced by Denali First Roofing and I could not be more satisfied with the work and customer service. The best part was I had (NO) out of pocket expense. Thanks again Joe and John!!!!

Working with Denali First Roofing was a most pleasant experience! Our rep that took care of our job was very professional as well as personable. They took care of everything with the insurance company and did a fantastic job on our roof. I would recommend them to anyone! An A++++ company

I had a roof replaced in the fall of 2009 by Denali and was pleased with the outcome. They were prompt and courteous with all the work they did. My new roof looks good and does not leak. I had a new roof installed with no out of pocket expense to me and my wife. My representative, Joe was polite, respectful and was very attentive to my needs to complete the roof on my house and garage and MORE than met my expectations. My sister also had her roof replaced by Denali First Roofing as well as four other relatives within our circle and had the same results.We all praise these guys for not only the work well done but also helping us in a tough position that our insurance company placed us in with having an ACV policy. Jennifer, the office secretary, educated us a lot about policies and why we were short changed. When it comes to insurance, you get what you pay for.Denali Roofing, bravo for a job well done. the salesman was very pushy and would not give me a detailed estimate. with so many other roofers in town, it was an easy decision NOT to use them!!
