Having a similar issue, but with engine troubles and Credit World in BA, OK sales rep (who is not with the company anymore) promised in writing to fix the issue and now dealer funding manager woman is refusing to do so! She personally degrades me when I try to calmly talk to her about the issue and explodes at the drop of a hat...this is not the place to get a loan!



If I could put negative stars, I would put -100 to let people know to STAY AWAY, and if you have a loan just RUN AWAY, RUN FAST! It's not worth the stress to talk to this unprofessional fool and also the owner is never at the office. How can a company exist that treats its customers like this? They already closed one of their dealerships down, and I hope the other one goes down too along with dealer funding as well! These people do not deserve to be in business!!

Im nit behind yet they send stupid people ro repo my car. They wouldnt even let me get my childs diapers and wipes out of the car. And the "woman" tryed to pick a fight over that.
