I received a shellac manicure during the week of May 18, 2015. The owner said that the shellac would last several weeks. Within two days, my shellac was chipping at the tips of my nails. I have had shellacs at other salons, and I never had chipping within two days.



I called the salon to speak to the manager. A man answered and said he was the manager. I asked him for his name. He quickly sputtered his name and asked for my name in the same breath. I told him that I didn't catch his name and I asked him for his name again. He abruptly said "I need to know who you are." I said that's not how business is done. He hung up on me. I called back and a female answered. I asked for the manager, and she said the manager was not there. I told her that I was just talking to him, and he hung up on me. Then, she hung up on me. I tried calling back three or four more times, and my call was disconnected each and every time.



I have never been treated so poorly! I called Walmart and spoke to the manager on duty. I am also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
