I really want to thank Mr. Cummings and his staff for helping my husband and me through the nightmare of our auto accident. My husband's car was hit by a semi-truck and he had severe injuries. This big law firm (I won't mention the name) swooped down on us right after the accident and convinced us to sign with them. BIG mistake! We just got lost in all their other files and couldn't ever get our calls returned, never spoke to an attorney, etc. Finally I heard about Cummings and Associates from a co-worker who had used them.

My first impression was how friendly they were and how much they really seemed to care about us as people not just a case file. I guess our case had just been sitting there at the other firm and it wasn't even being worked on. So everything had gotten into a real hairball and it was almost past the cut-off date for filing a lawsuit. Mr. Cummings was very reassuring that he could take care of us. He was so nice to us but man did he ever bite a chunk out of those insurance adjusters. I was glad he was on OUR side!

Long story short, we got an amazing settlement without going to trial. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can't thank you enough!

I had a car accident a couple of years ago - not my fault and the other guy got the ticket. My car was totalled and I ended up eventually needing back surgery. I tried to handle it myself at first, then I used an attorney my brother recommended who was not specializing in this kind of law.

Mr. Cummings was really aggressive with the insurance company, but he always made me feel safe and well-represented.
