I have been treated very well every time i donate. I like this location.

Just tried to make my second donation and due to the large bruise they made trying my left arm the first time (after I said please stop your hurting me) then stuck my right and was good. Today they said I am unable to donate because of the bruise THEY caused. Was told to go home and put some ice on it and come back another day!! Plus they cant seem to be on the same page staff wise or very knowing with their computers amongst other things. This place needs some serious over sight and better training to say the least. Not sure if I will go back there or not. Beware to all you others....THIS COULD BE YOUR OUTCOME TOO!!!!!!! I wasn't even told that they were sorry. BAD EXPERIENCE :(

I REALLY DO THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME DONATE,IT HELPS A LOT BUT IM 60 YRS OLD AND IF SOMEONE SEES THAT IM NOT DOING SOMETHING RIGHT,THEN SAY MAAM,SHERYL OR MISS CHAVEZ,PLZ THROW GAUZE IN CERTAIN WASTE CAN,DO NOT YELL AT ME IN PUBLIC,YOUVE BEEN DONATING HERE LONG ENOUGH, YOU KNOW BETTER THAN THAT.IM A GROWN WOMAN NOT A CHILD AND IT WASNT APPRECIATED,TAD BIT ON THE EMBARRASSING SIDE, THANK YOU.

I went on Tuesday and a senior phlebotomist was my person. She stuck thru my vein and I was not able to donate that day but got paid out the $20. I returned yesterday for my $40 donation and was turned away because of the bruise the sticker caused. THEY SHOULD PAY YOU OUT WHEN THEY DAMAGE YOU and for EACH TIME YOU ARE TURNED AWAY BECAUSE OF SOMETHING THEY DID WRONG. Accidents happen but I had observed her over several months having to call someone else to fix her mistakes. She didn't even tell me how to treat this when I got home. Moist heat people, moist heat. Wow, maybe she needs to go back to learn how to find a vein properly...

i went in today to donate, this being my 3rd time i was expecting $35. when i got there and finally got into the room (25 minutes later) i was informed that i was supposed to get all 5 visits done within 3 weeks so i would not be receiving $35 today only $15. i was never informed of this or i would have done it. this has got to be the biggest scam ever. when i called to get the corporate number they refused to give it to me. i will definatly be telling everyone i know to go elsewhere. thanks so much for wasting my time.

Lack of logic at this place.

You call and ask them if you have a belly button piercing if you can still donate.

Their response that question will be answered when you get here.

They don't even ask what the amount of time that has passed since the piercing.

You can't answer a simple question of this over the phone. How dumb is that???

Why would i want to come there to donate and waste my time and the trip with not knowing if i would be allowed to donate.

Thanks Karina the young lady that answered the phone for giving me such a dumb answer!!! Hope the whole place isn't this dense!!! It doesn't even deserve one star but to post this you have to give atleast a star.
