They are liars and cheats. They threaten to reposes my vehicle because they thought it was ONE DAY late when in fact it wasn't due for 2 more days. Their collection senior employee called me cussing, screaming and threatening me. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!

I bought one van from them it started acting up after two months got it paid down to where i could trade it in got another mini van it started acting up after only two months. Never again will i get a vehicle from them

I would not buy a car from this place. I got a car from the B.A. location a little while ago. All of a sudden the battery goes dead, the "new manager" named James, offered to fix the problem. He later told me that I should split the bill of the car battery needing a jump. My brother-in-law and boyfriend, who both; I will mention are certified mechanics. The gears to the stick shift are not held together by anything. (Just wobbly & this is how it was the day I got it.) Which in other words, driving on the freeway and that gear decides to get stuck; will be life endangering. Now I have a car that won't work due to flimsy and cut wires to the battery and it being hazardous to even drive: I paid over $1000 for a $6000 p.o.s. So a word of advice, don't go to the BA location. Tulsa location has no affiliation with them, just has the same owners. And don't believe this James guy if he claims he is new. From the passed reviews I have read, he's been working there for a while.

THE MANAGER OF THIS CAR LOT SCREAMED AT ME AND CALLED ME A F*ING B*TCH JUST BECAUSE I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHO WAS USING MY IDENTITY TO GET FINANCING THRU THEM AND THEIR FINANCE COMPANY, DEALER FUNDING, INC. THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT VERIFYING CUSTOMER INFORMATION WHEN SELLING THEM A JUNK CAR (ACCORDING TO MOST REVIEWS). I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND THE BBB AND ANY OTHER BUSINESS REPORTING AGENCY I CAN FIND.

I needed a new truck since my credit is bad due to a recent divorce I got turned down.I went online to find help and saw Credit World we finance everyone I called 918-251-2886 the manager was incredible.Very friendly told me exactly the requirements to help. When I went in to 408 west Kenosha in Broken Arrow they got me approved in less than 15 mins I test drove a few trucks, picked the one I wanted and was driving home in about an hour later great staff very good experience thanks guys!

they will give you a car! i have them 500 down and got co explorer, but the transmission broke before i made my first payment. they picked it up, said they were fixing it, and not to make the payment until i picked it up. them they would not give it back and put it down as a repo because they did not want to fix it. i would not recommend them

I filled out the "contact us" page in home to get some information about purchasing a car through this dealership.



I was contacted that day by a man named James. When I asked how much a down payment typically is I got less than a desirable reply. He was very vague and not too enthused to speak with me. He told me what to bring in in a less than friendly way. I thanked him and that was it.



3-4 days later I received a repeat phone call from him. I explained that I had spoke to him a few days before, despite him forgetting. I felt like I insulted his intelligence by acknowledging that we did speak before in a polite way. I also said I had filled out the info bc I was wanting to know typically how much a down payment was and that he was a little vague before.



Basically he asked if I was serious about buying a car. I said yes I have two payments left on my car and that I am serious. He pretty much kept on pushing the idea that I need to schedule a day to come in. I explained I worked a lot of hours as a RN and that I have a busy schedule. I couldn't commit but when I get free time I'd swing by.



Obviously this wasn't good enough for James and he told me he'd take me off the books so they won't bother me anymore. Also he had a word of advice that I should be careful how I "play on the internet"



I agreed. I was serious about buying a car and since my credit is crap from my ignorance as a teen I was interested in this dealership.



Im not a child. I do not "play" on the internet, especially when it comes to something like this. Credit world auto sales will not receive my business and it is probably in their best interest to find a better front person for their business. Sorry James, you are not polite, enthusiastic, or the least bit friendly.

great service! got approved in like 3 minutes and left with my nice freakin expedition about an hour later!!! so much better than there "competitors" next door! thanks guys!
