Don't chance it like I did.

Where do I even begin. I'll start by saying that I am just blown away by the rudeness of the staff. I walked in and was glared at while Lisa and another employee sat playing on their phones. I gave this salon a chance because I needed a trim badly and had time to get it trimmed on my lunch break. As she cut it, she continuously talked bad about my hair and my stylist. I was aware my hair was slightly damaged. She, on the other hand, would not let it go. She kept touching it and looking at it in disgust. I have never felt so degraded. Then, she applied 4 different products to my hair after I told her I was going back to work. She said she would lightly straighten it, but it would be an extra $25 for "her time" because it would be "such an effort." So after it dried, it looked as if I hadn't washed it in over a week. The cut? I can't even believe she has any clientele that visit her regularly. I firmly believe the positive reviews on here are written by her or her friends, only.

Best in Tulsa

I just had Lisa do my hair last week for the first time and I must say
I was so pleased with the results. I have very fine thin hair and I always get stripes at the scalp
from color bleeding. She made my hair look thicker and healthier. I was also pleased
that she did not charge me. Some of the salon see my long hair and always charge me
Over $120.00. But she only charged me $90.00 accordingly to my finer, thinner hair. My sisters loved my hair so much they called to make an appointment as well. Thank you Lisa your the greatest! I will

i been going here not to long but have recently tryed two of the new starightening sytems that lisa has there. i lve my hair and the way it feels. she is so patient, talktive, and has a wonderful attitude. i never let anyone touch my hair but i trust lisa!

she told me what shampoos would be great and what would help my hair!

i love her service and her beautiful salon! i would tell anyone to go to her!

I am shocked to hear about the...

I am shocked to hear about the experiences of these other ladies. I myself had been going to Creative Image for years. Lisa does my hair and I have always received a

great haircuts and highlights. I have however noticed that through the years Lisa has

suffered from many stylists that were not trained properly. She has gone to extensive

educational seminars to train these stylists to provide great service. She has told me how difficult it was to find qualified stylists in the last few years. My opinion would be to use her or her daughter which my daughter has used for 3 years. We are extremely pleased with them and we always get compliments on our haircuts and highlights..I would refer all my friends and family to Lisa and Ashley.

I would not recommend this place anymore. I have been going there over the years for haircuts and usually was pretty satisfied until the last time I went. I asked for a haircut with some layers. It has now been many months since and I am still trying to grow my hair out from that awful haircut. The younger girl who did my hair (sorry, can't remember her name) must have not known what she was doing. I also got tons of split ends after the cut and have had to spend who knows how much money on hair products to make it look decent. I've been to another salon since then and they too couldn't believe that somebody from a salon gave me this bad of a haircut. The stylist said it looked like I had two haircuts, not layers. So they did the best they could with what they had to work with. It looks better, but not great because of how bad shape my hair was in. I wont be returning to Creative Image again, even though I have gotten good hair cuts in the past from them, I don't want to risk getting somebody inexperienced and dealing with this all over again. These past few months have been miserable for me having to deal with a bad haircut plus horrible split ends. She cut it way too short in the front so growing it out is going to take a long time. If hair extensions were not so expensive I would have had them done a long time ago! Yeah the prices were good, but in the long run, I've ended up paying more then I ever have on my hair to try to repair the damage that was done.

Terrible - would not recommend at all

My daughter went about a month ago and had a layered style done. Now, nearly a month later, all of her hair has really bad and very noticable spit ends, especially where the layers were, she has never had spit ends. Yesterday she went to another salon and they could not believe how butchered her hair was, and said that who ever cut her hair should be banned from the industry.........I just wanted to let everyone know, yes they are creative, but in the worst way possible.

Great Salon and Wonderful Stylists

I visited this salon and Lisa the owner did my cut and color and I was extremely pleased. Her daughter gave me and excellent pedicure and manicure too. I was extremely impressed with how friendly they were and their prices were very affordable. I was for once not overchared and treated poorly. I felt comfortable and was offered beverages and healthy snacks. I was also impressed with the way the girls got along. They were all very professional and friendly. I will tell all my friends and family to this salon. I have strangers compliment my hair color and cut and I recommended them to Lisa and Ashley as well. I will be back soon!

You would never call me back or come to the phone HUMMM??

When I finaly was able to get intouch with you . You were ALWAYS out of town and once I heard you in the back ground saying you didn't want to talk to me!!!!!You did not have the REAL story.I was happy after the first visit but not after I came back to get my roots colored,Light brown.It turned Pitch Black.I was set under the drier longer than I should have. My hair was soggyor mushy and HOT HOT HOT!!! .I told D.that my head and hair where burning and felt like it was on fire.But she had to finish the guy that came in during my time. I talked to you and you snikered when I told you there were bald spots (still has not grown back allmost a year later)Your time will come.God knows whose telling the truth,he'll take care of it. Dont know what THAT lady was talking about!

I live in BA and the salon is well worth the trip! The staff is very friendly and and I've never seen an upset customer any of times I've been. Alisha, and Lisa have both done my hair and it turns out gorgeous every time!

I would recomend anyone to this salon it really is a great place!

Worst service and hair ever!

Had hair down half way to the middle of my back.Just started dying hair this year.Went to get golden medium brown all over hair color.Was put under a dryer for what was said to be 20 mins,but turned out to be 35.Another client came in to get a hair cut ,so I was put on hold.My hair was burning HOT to touch and cooking my scalp.I told Danielle my head felt like it was cooking,but no response.My hair came out BLACK,BLACK.She even dyed my peach fuzz on my forhead and said"I've never seen that before.I don't know what to do." I went home Very upset no "I'm Sorry" or anything.My scalp peeled brownish black flakes for three weeks with a few dime size bald spots.called to talk to owner.She did not care ,they offered no scalp or hair treatments.Was very uncaring and said there was nothing she could or would do.And I had to pay for that and to get my hair fixed.It had to be cut to chin lenghth because it had been cooked.Saw two of the girls that worked there at the mall and when i aws passing them they made coments and were laughing.DO NOT GO!!They may have a few people that know what they are doing,but what horrible owners.

Well, The whole story would be nice if she would of took the time to let us see her hair. She left the salon happy. I didn't hear from her for 1 month. So I guess whoever did her cut which was not us, told her a bunch of bull. There is no way we can solve a problem if the person who received the service and isn't satisfied, she refused to to let us see her hair. My gut feeling is that it was okay and she wanted her money back for no reason. There is no one in Tulsa that will refund a service that a stylist spent time and money on. Our policy is we do not refund servces but we will redo them if they are not happy at the end of the service. She also had received a perm and been in before several times. Seemed happy at one point or another. So Just to clearify, We would of been happy to offer a solution but the client didn't want us to see her hair. Why do you think that? And also a month later to complain. Hum!!!! There is only one owner and it is me and I would be glad to dicuss this situation in person face to face not on the web!!!
