I was told my insurance required them to forgo busting up boxes of insulin. After I stopped using them, I found out this was not true as another pharmacy used my very same insurance giving me full boxes. For over two years they always threw a wrench at me by "chopping up" my prescription. People with "undesirable" insurance may experience problems with insulin. Otherwise, there are some good qualities about them.
