I have never in my life been more satisfied with any kind of customer service place, let alone a computer place! I picked up my computer after less than 24 hours and Matt & Theresa were both so nice and friendly and understanding. I will most definitely be coming back if I have any more issues and will be spreading the word to everyone I know!

Rich did a great job. He was knowledgeable about the computer, very friendly, considerate, and kind. He did not mind my puppy being in house and occasionally trying to chew on his pants pocket. Haha!

The service was ever so helpful. I can always count on Computer NERDZ! to solve my computer problems and operator problems.

Love the NERDZ!! I'm always happy with the outcomes and find the individuals.

Brandon was very pleasant and had a very good idea what I wanted to accomplish.

I am glad John W. came back again. He is very friendly, competent, and gets right to work. He answers all my questions and doesn't seem to mind me looking over his shoulder to see what he is doing.
