Horrible selfish attorney, if he should even be called that! doesnt show up to court. NEVER returns phone calls. Does NOT work for client, he works for the system. Do not use him! He took $3000 from me, telling me case would be handled with few months! Its now 10 months later and he just dropped my case! For no reason. He would not say what needed to be said in court, so I stood up and said it! Horrible, horrible attorney. Save money and headache and dont use Cole.

Worst attorney ever!!!! Takes weeks to months to get ahold of him, rarely bothers to show to court hearings making you the client look bad and the other party get what they are asking for, and will ask for more money to put you to the top if his priorities but the second he cashes your check you won't hear from him. All in all $4,000 and 2 years later I'm in a worse position than I started in.
