One of City Cab's drivers ran a stop sign and hit the side of my elderly mothers car. The driver said that the cab company would take care of it. After a month of trying to call them ( 918-582-3333) and being verbally harassed by the dispatcher, and the owner never returning calls, it looks like we are going to have to pay for the damage ourselves. I found this site trying to find out who their insurance company is, as my mom's insurance company can't do anything without the name of theirs, and they won't tell us.
Update - I called the City of Tulsa License and Collections Dept., and they told me that this company had not had a Taxi license nor any insurance since 2014. As mentioned above, if you get into an accident you are out of luck.

I called for a ride home from work , Some crazy looking man came in to my place of business and stared yelling my name because he said he tried to call my phone and it didnt work when it did in fact work he was all crazy looking and embarrassed the hell out of me at work, he had parked in the middle of the street in down town, i had to walk in the middle of the road where he just parked...WTH? Then i get in and its 98 out side no air windows down the car stunk and as he begins to drive the car rattled and shakes like its about to fall apart, I made him drop me off two blocks away at a QT he charged me the money any way. Terrible adventure dont ever use them, they are dangerous.

I was a long time costomer & as I do every Friday night, I call & set up a cab for Saturday morning but this morning the cabbie was late so I called dispatch & he rudely yelled, "he's on his way". So 30.minutes later I called again to inquire & he again rudely says "I don't have anything for you! & hung up on me. Use checker cab, much faster & rates are much cheaper

I would not use this taxi service, if thats what they want to call themselves. Once you have placed the call for pickup they say "ooh sure let me dispatch someone" when in fact they are really not. When you call back to check they then tell you they are still trying to get someone. An hour up to more you most likely won"t see the taxi show up.

I am only giving a rating of one because I can't post but if I could it would be no stars.

Two hours still no show an hour ago was told they were tryin to get someone out here an now they stop picking up the phone guess the little guy doesnt matter

Do NOT use these guys. Horrible service. They lie about pickup times and are rude if you call back to check on their status. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

These people LIE!!! Have had 2 experiences with them. The first - they never showed up. I waited over an hour, and finally had to call a different cab company.



The second, the driver purposely slowed down and took the longest route he could. Then added on fees that did not exist. Rip Off.



If you call them, you better hope they do what they normally do - and just not show up. Because if they do FINALLY show up, prepare to be ripped off.

Stay far far away from this place. On 3 of 4 occasions - they simply never showed up. Once was during my brother's bachelor party. I know at least 2 other businesses who refuse to use this place now. The driver's are rude - will promise to get you - not show up - and then lie about it. STAY AWAY and Use Yellow Cab or someone else.
