I live in Valdosta Ga. My daughter lives in Tulsa. A week before my grandsons 4th bday I contacted mrs margi, the owner at children's orchard. I purchased a 50$ gift card for my daughter. Due to illness, my daughter was never able to go to the store and pick up the gift card. I tried repeatedly for a week to make contact with the owner to discuss a refund of the 50$. Or maybe even a partial refund. Even spoke with a sales clerk at one time. But never heard from the owner. So.....there is the honesty level of this business. Just big city thieves.
