I have been going through this location for about 6 months, I've lost 35 pounds. I have not been consistent with eating healthy nor exercising. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming when I go pick up my medicine. I am now starting to go to the gym and eat somewhat healthy, and I lost 4 pounds in a week. i cant thank Changes weight loss enough for helping me try and reach my goal weight. even tho i struggle at times and sometimes i dont feel im losing as i should, Julie is always there to keep me motivated to stay on track. shes very friendly and NEVER judges anyone. being in menopause seems to slow me down some but she is right there to help if needed, even if its just someone to talk too. they are definitely JUDGEMENT FREE !!!
