BAD BAD SERVICE

There is a woman there by the name of Ashley who is incompetent, short fused, and likes to treat people like dirt. I would not rent from this apartment complex. They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. She was short, she hung up on me multiple times when I had a few simple questions about my rent. She then proceeded to repeat my phone number to me from her caller ID and hung up on me. DO NOT RENT from this place. They should fire her as soon as possible. I will be in touch with the property owner and be sure to have her fired. I have never met such a low class person with an attitude. She should try working somewhere with less face to face interactions. Is her life so miserable that she hangs up on paying tenants?
