Don't choose this home health company if you want nurses and staff who care. The only good thing is a few of the therapists who really want your loved one to get better. The LPN's and RN's are not very good and think they know everything, and that the patient or caretakers know NOTHING! They will always say they have been doing it for so long so they know everything. Even though caretakers and the patients themselves have lived every single moment. They will not always call back, they do not replenish supplies in a timely manner, and they do not communicate well! If you want a company who is disrespectful, rude, and just doesn't care then stop looking now... but if you want something better keep looking! Therapy is the only way I would consider them again!
