Provided by YP.comThe store sells overpriced cheap junk clothing. Okay, fair enough - so do many other stores. But I am disgusted at how I was treated today by a sales assistant.
She came over to a friend and I, dressed in a very skimpy dress, chewing gum and slurring her words. After that, she totally ignored me and started picking clothing out for my friend.
She then went off with my friend, leaving me standing there. No one in the store spoke to me, they all centered their attention on my friend.
After that, my friend was talking to me and the sales assistant pushed in front of me and started answering the question that my friend had asked me.
This is very rude, and unprofessional. I won't be coming back to your rude little junk store.
Hello, I am very sorry you feel that BOOM has overpriced cheap clothing, when the items start from long lace tank tops of 9.99 and beautiful trendy blouses and dresses starting from 16.99-59.99. We also carry MISS ME jeans and a vsriety of other brands. The company has been opened for many years and has an extremely large and satisfied client base(thank GOD). I am also very sorry you were ignored, that is why you should have called and reported this situation to the manager, so we could have had an opportunity to apologized and tried to make your experience in BOOM more pleaseable. We wish to make all customers happy, but unfortunately we cant please all of them.
