Please avoid ALICIA SCHAEFER at all costs. Not sure if this is her real name, because her number comes up as Kasandra Brooks on youmail. She claims she has 12 years experience cutting hair. I asked for a simple blunt cut with layered sides, and I got an uneven mess with a huge chunk longer on the lower left back. Refused to give a refund, and never apologized. Anyone who can't cut a straight line needs to find a different career. Even the owner didn't offer to help. AVOID BELLISIMA SALON. This isn't a salon... it's a training center.

Very enjoyable experience. My beauticians did an excellent job and I am very pleased with my hair. Many services available. Pam
