Manager Amanda lies about charges and how much things will cost. Also they show you a nice apartment and tell you the people haven't moved out of the one you'll be moving into then on move in day the apartment they try to move you into is trashy roaches, mold, holes in walls, blinds all messed up, licking roof,counters uneven and on top of that walking around out you see needles and glass in diferent places. This place should be shut down by the health dep or something.

Trashy. People dumping trash around dumpster instead of inside. Mail area is constantly a disaster area. Laundry room is always trashed, again by trashy people. Roach problem. Pay monthly for pest control that puts roaches at bay for a few days, and then they return. Walls are paper thin. Hvac vents connect with adjoining apartment so noise is a constant issue. Staff does not return email or address issues. Maintenance is decent at best. When we first moved in the responded quick to a couple issues, now its hit and miss. On the maintenance request it asked if allowed to enter if door is locked. A couple times they were allowed, but, there were a couple times my wife put no due to not knowing when they would be here, and they entered anyways without permission. We have an alarm system that we had installed ourselves, it was off but there is a chime that goes off when a door is opened. One time maintenance had entered on a do not enter if locked when my wife was not dressed and if not for hearing the chime she could have been compromised. There was a sewage leak from a pipe by one one the units, maintenance fixed it, but did no clean up. There is toilet paper and whatever else in the grass and on the walkway. Will not re-lease.

I recently moved into bandon trails and had a wonderful experience! The office staff was so helpful and made my move so easy. They were very informative and were eager to help me anyway possible. Tiffany was a great help and was so nice to my family. I would definitly recomend these apartments.
