I brought a trailer load of mixed scrap in on a Saturday. (They are the only scrap recycle biz open until 3:00 pm Sat). The staff was very helpful in assisting us with a trailer full of mixed scrap and we were informed that several items were made of different metals & that if dismantled, and grouped separately we would receive better price per pound. For future loads it was great to understand the price difference to compare our time to dismantle vs not and what it would add to the bottom line. The entire transaction went smoothly and didn't take long to process the large trailer full. I called the business the following business day with questions about how i could maximize future transactions and CJ (the owner) was patient and took time to help explain solutions to the questions I had. I felt he was sincere, honest and forth right and I appreciate the quality in how my customer service issues were handled. Thank you!
