You can't believe how incompetent and unprofessional this business is...I went to Glassmasters because they were a few hundred dollars less expensive than the dealer and hell am I am paying for it. They broke parts, scratched the hood severely, put the hood on almost sideways and generally made a mess of the car. I went back several times and finally got fed up with with the lack of service. In fact I have had to go to my body shop to have the parts repainted that they ruined. Before you go there, just Google Glassmasters Oakland and you will see that all of the principals are in jail for insurance fraud..STAY AWAY!!!

Cheapest price I could find, but said he would match any price in town. Did what they said they would do. Very nice and friendly. I am going back to have some chips in another car fixed.

My windshield was hit by a rock in my 2002 Honda Accord last week. It cracked across the driver's side and when I called around to get prices, Glass Masters said they'd do it for 100 bucks and they could do it right then. I couldn't believe it at first because all the others said it would be 140 at least and I would have to wait a couple days. I went in and they got my windshield replaced in under an hour and it came with a warranty. My over all experience was great. The office staff was very friendly and tried to help me in every way. They even checked with my insurance to see if it was covered. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs auto glass work.
