It's been about 4-5 years & I still gets complaints, she does excellent work, would only recommend her.

Mychelle is simply amazing! I have gone to her a couple times in the last 10 years. She was able to fix my dis-colored lips and MIs-shaped eyebrows that were messed up from another permanent makeup person.

Mychelle will precisely draw on your eyebrows with rulers.. she is a perfectionist. She is a professional and her services are comfortable! You will not be in pain during the procedures! She will numb you, give you a warm blanket, all while layinh in a relaxing spa environment.

I drive over two hours to Michelle because she is the best!

Not happy at all. My lips are uneven, all swelling is gone and the disastrous results are now apparent. My upper right lip is over lined compared to my left and has an ugly scar at the lip line. I don't know what she did to me because she drugged me so heavily my husband had to wheel me out in a decrepit wheelchair when she called him to pick me up as I was unconscious. He said she demanded full payment and rushed him out the door, without any care to my unconscious state, he said it felt like a back alley medical doctors office. I am permanently disfigured, it will cost me at least double what I payed to have my lips colored to fix the damage and I'll never look fully normal again. I am devastated and can not look in the mirror without hating what I see. I am in the entertainment industry and this has already had a negative impact on my career. I will be demanding a full refund and seeking damages.

Mychelle Tulk RN is the best permanent makeup artist around. I had eyeliner done in 2004. Didn't need to be redone until recently. She makes you comfortable during the procedure. Gives great information on all aspects of permanent makeup. Wouldn't refer my friends and family to anyone else!

Mychelle at Aura of Beauty is phenomenal! I absolutely LOVE my eye liner and lips. She is by far and away the best. She is very talented, professional and the whole experience was first class. I drove 8 hours to have her do my make up and I would recommend her to anyone who is considering permanent make up. You will be very satisfied!!!

I have had permanent eyebrows and eyeliner done my Mychelle. I LOVE IT! Looked at four other places. Decided on Aura of Beauty, because Mychelle worked with my crazy work schedule. She even came in after hours so I could get it done. She explained the procedure's and answered ALL of my questions. Her office is clean and beautiful! I would do it all over again. Mychelle Tulk is without a doubt the best permanent makeup artist around! Mychelle is very talented, professional and truly the best. She is very knowledgeable and works very hard to make sure everyone gets the results they expect. I did a lot of research before deciding to have permanent make up done, it was not something I did without serious thought. I read all I could about procedures and techniques before choosing Mychelle. When I found her website and began reading there was no doubt I would not have anyone else do my makeup. Because I wanted it to look natural not like a tattoo and I wanted it to be perfect we drove from Illinois to Tulsa to have Mychelle do my makeup. The procedure because of Mychelle's talent and knowledge was flawless. The experience was stress free and excellent. I would recommend her to anyone who wants permanent makeup she is absolutely the only person I would ever have do it! I am actually taking a friend to her next month because she loved mine so much she wanted her done too!

This is the place to go when you want your permanent makeup to look like real makeup and not like a tattoo. The room is cute and the chair is comfortable. I took a nap while my eyeliner was done. It was that easy.

I had eyeliner done back in 2000 by Mychelle when she hadn’t been doing it all that long. It was pretty cheap since she wasn’t charging much back then. A couple years ago I decided to get permanent makeup eyebrows. Mychelle’s prices had soared since back when, so I went to another newbie for brows. I didn’t think twice about it since all went well with the eyeliner and Mychelle was a newbie back then. Well, my eyebrow ordeal was a disaster. The shape and the color was screwy. I tried to hide it with concealer. Finally I called Mychelle about fixing my eyebrows and redoing my eyeliner since it had faded off quite a bit in 8 years. My eyebrows are good now. My eyeliner is awesome. The new implanting techniques she created are so much better than just eyeliner lines with one shade. The graduating tones make a ton of difference.

I first had my permanent makeup applied by Mychelle in 2000 (eyes and lips). Last year, it was just faint remnants, and I made an appt to have it redone. Her new techniques for eyeliner are amazingly beautiful. She is an obsessive perfectionist. When she worked with us at SFH, we knew not to fill out her paperwork while giving her a break if our handwriting was not neat, tidy, and pretty. She would trash the paper and rewrite it if she didn't like your handwriting. You can expect that same perfection and pickiness with her eyeliner. In surgery, we see lots of permanent makeup without the benefit of additional makeup. Some of it makes us cringe, and I silently ask "was it worth the savings where ever you had that mess done at"? It baffles me why people don't mind how much is spent on clothes, car, jewelry, or other things, but skimps when it comes to the most publicly observed part, which is the face.

I got eyebrows permanent makeup. Mychelle did an excellent job shaping them. The color is just right for me. My hair stylist sends everyone to Aura Of Beauty because the makeup looks soft and natural.

I had my eyeliner and eyebrows done by Mychelle a couple of months ago and I just love it. She is very professional and gentle. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. The healing process was a little gross, but not too bad if you keep on top of caring for it as she instructs. It went by pretty quickly. I would recommend at least 3-4 days off work just so that the swelling isn't too noticable. I still can't believe how great the liner looks and it saves me so much time in the morning not having to draw it on and trying to get it perfect. Now it's just there every morning - already perfectly drawn on! My eyes always watered a lot too, so it was impossible to have any eyeliner left by the end of the day. It's so comforting to know that no matter how much my eyes water, my eyeliner will still be there looking like it was just freshly applied. Recently I went on a week-long camping trip and it was really nice to know that even when my hair was a mess and all my other make-up had worn off, I still at least had eye liner and eye brows on! It really helps me look a lot better in those situations. I absolutely love it and wish that I could have all of my make-up done permanently!!!!

Greetings from ASC. My pic is in Mychelle's permanent makeup portfolio - the one with sapphire blue eyeliner. I was one of the first people she ever did. I had eyes and lips done in 2000. Mychelle was good at this right from the beginning. She was born creative and artistic. It is no surprise that she took the art of permanent makeup a step farther to see what else can be done with it, or how it can be done better. FYI: my eyeliner is now (2007) faint and a lighter blue, my lip color was barely there at about four years. Here I come for some more.

I work in a family practice medical office. We recommend Mychelle Tulk to anyone who wants permanent makeup. She did my eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips. Years ago we had a girl that came in a few times to do permanent makeup procedures. Eventually we never heard from her again. After becoming familiar with Mychelle's work, I wanted her to do my permanent makeup. Everyone likes it and can hardly believe it is tattooed. Since then, we have had people ask if they could do permanent makeup at our office. Now that we know how good permanent makeup CAN look, we are not comfortable offering less to our patients so we turned them down. Clients who want quality permanent makeup drive long distances to Tulsa to have Mychelle do their makeup and she stays busy. Others do a procedure every few months outside of their regular job. Permanent makeup for eyeliner has been wonderful. Mychelle Tulk, an RN at Aura Of Beauty, applied mine. Her luxuriant permanent makeup room is inside a physician's suite. Serene music in perfect balance with sounds of trickling water was more tranquil than Valium. My mind was as placid as my body while the eyeliner guru created dark with highlighted tonality blends. It looks beautiful. I wanted to get permanent makeup years ago, but my spouse was against it. He is an anesthesiologist at St Johns and sees women without their makeup on in surgery. He said it did not look good. When I argued that so-and-so had it, his reply was that it looked one way hidden under mascara and eyeshadow, but looked bad alone. You can imagine my surprise when he presented an eyeliner gift certificate for my birthday. He had seen eyeliner work by Mychelle that was designed using her techniques of smoothed and faded out blends, which looks good all by itself. Sometimes that's all that is needed.

Mychelle Tulk, RN was a cosmetic surgery nurse. I worked with her at SFH. She knows everything about the face. She can tell you how each wrinkle on your face was made: sleeping, expression, aging. She is the expert in eyebrow shaping, and applying eyeliner to enhance the eye shape. She is so detailed oriented. She will analyze, pick apart, and solve every equation of facial enhancement. I would only recommend Mychelle for permanent makeup, and we are lucky she is in Tulsa. Besides knowing how permanent makeup should be shaped, she is a natural artist and knows how the colors should be blended to look best. She has painted several full wall murals (trompe l'oel). Her next challenge was to figure out how to make her "paintbrush" or permanent makeup machine "paint" or implant what she visualized. She did figure it out, and she has not shared those secrets - at least not until she is ready to publish her textbook on permanent makeup. In short, no one else can do it as good as she does.

My permanent makeup was done at Aura of Beauty. Mychelle Tulk is the best of the best permanent makeup artists not just in Oklahoma, but anywhere. This is where other permanent makeup artists go to get theirs done. I know because I personally know of three in tulsa who went to her. They want their own permanent makeup to look good so they can sell their service, although they don't mention the fact that they can't do it quite as good as Mychelle. All the local beauty spas recommend her unless they offer the service themselves. I operate one of the most popular day spas in town and get a good look at work done by various individuals - so I went to Mychelle!
