great all around

after wandering around for a few min when first going into the store I was pleasantly helped by a young man who answered all my questions and let me know what's up. I needed a new smaller Sim card for a new phone, which he did provide me with however, we did get to talking and had him changing my plan and forgot somehow to update my phone and/or Sim card so I haven't been able to use my phone except for WiFi capable services of course... which also means I have to return to the store or call tech support(which let's face it will not be an English speaking person) to get this issue taken care of. frustrating but guess I'm glad its not my only phone or line I have!... other than that great experience.nice salesperson with friendly attitude was a great big plus
