I definitely would not recommend using this company. I'm not even sure they deserve the one star I clicked on. I set up an appointment to have my gutters replaced with service to occur about 3 months later. 3 months went by and I never heard from the company. A couple weeks past the expected date of service I started calling. Once I was able to contact them (they do not have an answering machine) I was told they were running behind and it would be the following week before they could install the gutters. I said this was fine. This happened 2 more times. Needless to say it was now over 4 months from the date I ordered my gutters. I started calling them again everyday until finally I got ahold of the secretary. She informed me that they were a year out and it would be a year before they could get to me. All I can say is that this is totally unprofessional. If I had known they were that far behind I could have contracted with another company and had the work completed several times by this point. Not only was their inability to schedule and deception about having the resources to complete their job horrible, but their inconsiderate nature to not even contact me to pass along the information about being behind schedule and unable to meet established deadlines. I think this company definitely needs a lesson in what customer service is.



As far as the quality of their product...I would have no idea as I never received any service from the company due to their lack of response.
