Amy is very nice and has a full on conversation with you and isn't rude like some people I have experienced are. She jokes around and you feel as if you can talk to her like you knew her for years. She also is very good at what she does. My hair was cut straight and didn't look uneven like i have had it done in the past. And for what I got was only 12 dollars which was a regular hair cut.
