I love working with American Waste Control. There is not a better trash and recycling company in Tulsa! Their drivers can set the box anywhere and the ladies on the phone back at the office are so courteous and helpful! AWC is my choice and dumpster service - highly recommend!!!

Received a 20% increase last month. Who else got a 20%increase in price in this economy? I also had 2 discrepancies in the last 2 months about the number of bags they picked up. Customer service was rude and I was told that the charges stand and if I didn't pay immediately that I would be charged a late fee. I was force fed American Waste as they bought out my previous company (as I understand). I would never refer American Waste to anyone that I cared about! Locally owned means nothing in this case......more like a monopoly.

I recently started renovating my backyard and needed a dumpster for all the trash: shrubbery, old fencing, swing set, etc. It was just too much for us to deal with so we called in a dumpster from AWC based on their excellent online reviews. Believe me, they didn’t disappoint. The were able to schedule us the following day and they had the dumpster delivered promptly.



Not only were they friendly and quick but extremely professional and careful as to where they set the dumpster. We couldn’t be happier with their service. Very reasonable price for all they did and provided. A plus.

I needed a dumpster ASAP on a Monday morning. I called at 9am and these guys had me a dumpster before noon. I was really happy with the speed of service and the way they valued me as a customer.

Every now and then, you will find a company who really does what it takes to perform with excellence and make their customers happy. I own a restaurant in town and have done business with American Waste Control for years now…not only do they handle my waste needs with the utmost care and professionalism. but I’m always satisfied with their on time service and fair pricing. If you’re looking for quality with great customer care, AWC is the REAL deal!

This company is so pathetic and desperate to get customers they are sending out flyers for the first month free and a low ball price for the first year. Do not be fooled for their scam they are $17.60 per month in the Collinsville area. Oh if you have their service make sure you call and get that low price since they are offering it. Such a dishonest Company they are not family owned they have employees that are not going to care if you get great service like your small town local haulers. I have had them before and they are awful.

This is the worst trash service ever they missed are house like 3 times and they are rude on the phone i would tell my friends and family stay away from this trash company

Unfortunately, they are unconcerned with their customers. They did considerably damage to our property did not even try to correct their damage. They are very arrogant and think they are the only trash company in town. If you were my friend, I would say "Stay Away" you are simply a number and if they damage something on your property forget it. Too bad. Their rates are high and drivers lazy and sloppy. In a word Awful!

I've been using this company for all of my trash hauling for over 20 years! Great local company that's invested in Oklahoma's future!
