Been a long time customers of Ralph's(he has been there for over 49 years now) This man has forgotten more about sewing machines than most people know. It does take him sometime to get the work done but that is because everyone in town uses him!!! The reviewer below isn't even kind enough to leave a name...He's a good Christian man, if you ask him what he has done he will tell you and even explain the cost.. unless its something big, he normally doesn't charge you for parts...
Was just in there the other day, his grandson was helping him work on machines and the nice young man even delivered my repair to my house for me. FREE of Charge.. GREAT Service!

The most TERRIBLE service ever. Not even sure that the owner knew how to fix the machine. Expensive price without giving a breakdown of the parts or simply lied about what he did (probably didn’t even do any). Open late close early. Not even worth ¼ of a star. Funny how the owner himself dare to write a good review about himself in the previous section.
