i called this company when our microscope went out at work i was givien an estament od $275.00 and was told it would include parts and labor. They fixed our scope and when we got our bill it totaled $500.00. I called and asked about the extra charges and was told that it was for the parts and shipping for the part, we were never called and asked if this would be ok. The owner was very rude when i told him i was not happy about not getting a phone call to approve the charges. I would not recommend this company.
