My mother was in a major rollover accident leaving her with only one arm. I had plans to fly from TX. to CT. but suspended my ticket to be with my mom in Tulas,OK. Well, this is where Ava came into play, she did everything she possibly do to help me out in time of distress. She got my ticket from $1,370.00 to $0!! I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart! You spent over 45mins helping when the rude blonde lady say ”Oh, we don't do family emergency fares any more.” She didn't even try or care. But, Ava did! I give you 5+ starts for your excellent customer service, we need more people like you in this world! :) Thanks again Ava!!
