AMC Theater in Tulsa Ok at 41st and Yale. I have been there many times over the years and I really enjoyed it but let me tell you, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! there are way too many theaters in town to be treated like they treat you there. The have started a new way of crowd management by putting up these line barracades like you see in airport security. They make you stand in line and wait (like 10 minutes) just to get in the door even though I had tickets in hand! THEN we walked to the next section of barracades at the concession stands. there was literally only 2 people in front of us and there was only one cashier. we stood there for 7-8 minutes waiting for this girl to getthe people in front of us. Then a line of people walked up in another line. They were Premier members which I have never even heard of. She helped them first! We were irritatated but then after she was done, she helped another person in front of us. Now we are angry and the manager walked up and opened another lane. Guess what HE helped anoth premier member in front of us. We were standing in line by ourselves for over 10 minutes now and late for o movie and they helped four other people ahead of us that just walked up. This may sound petty but let me tell you it was belittling and we were furious. I asked the manager whos name was BILL and he said I don't have to give you my last name (he was rude and seemed to be enjoying this) and he just said that those people come first and I said this is BS we are upset and he didn't care one bit. I will NEVER go to another AMC theater and I will make sure that everybody knows that if you go there you will NOT be happy about it. You will see exactly what I'm talking about real quick. Shame on you AMC.

Everything was clean and everyone was really nice. The seating was comfortable but some were very worn.

The seating is upgraded and the bathrooms are still under construction the Employees are friendly and I like the selection of movies.

The bathrooms were disgusting, both before and after the movie. The majority of the toilets had wads of toilet paper in them that the automatic flushers had failed to flush. Many stalls were out of toilet paper. I had to pass over several popcorn covered seats before finding some cleaner ones. For about 20 minutes during the movie, it got so hot that my friend and I were sweating...in January. Also, the seats do not recline. I will not be returning to this theater.

* Without the internet there is NO WAY to know what is showing or the times the movies are playing. There is NOTHING in the newspaper for this theater. I have friends without the internet who are totally frustrated - AS AM I.

Went to see a movie and arrived on time only to find the true Movie Start time as 25 minutes later. I was told they get complaints on it all the time, but it was company policy. I am going to see a movie tonight that is playing here, but will choose another theater. 5 minutes it tops for me. They need to have a true start time, but their advertisers would not like it. Only thing is, I'm paying to see a movie, not watch commericals.

This theatre has gone downhill. It is unsafe and full of thugs hanging out in the parking lot and also you have kids bouncing from one movie to the next unsupervised. I would not go to this theatre or let my kids go to it if it was the last theatre on this planet.
