I would like to start off by saying that I am VERY disappointed in my experience with Alyssa’s Bridal and Tuxedo. The experience has been traumatic and caused physical as well as emotional damages. You have caused me stress and anxiety throughout my dealings with you. You continually assured me that my dress and the tux will be done in time since I purchased my dress from you a year in advance. Yet, in the end, you didn’t come through, rushing and me getting hurt in the process is a result of your lack of follow-through. My fiancé’s groomsmen did not look their best also a result of your lack of follow-through. We trusted you and paid in full for work that was lacking workmanship along with work you refused to do at all because you did not have time at the end. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Please take your business somewhere else. Michael will be nice to you until he gets your money then he will treat you like crap. I spent thousands of dollars here and on my wedding day I got hurt causing me scars. I have provided pictures of both my legs from my wedding day. Michael left needles throughout to hold up my dress because he tried to rush hemming my dress last minute and didn't have enough time so he left the needles to hold my dress together and I didn't realize it until my wedding day half way through the ceremony. I have tried calling him and stopping by his shop but he has ignored me. I am sad that this has happen to me especially on the happiest day of my life! Alyssa's Bridal only got 1 star because I couldn't but 0 starts!

My daughter is getting married & made her first appointmet with Alyssa's Bridal. We live 2 1/2 hours away so we was very excited about the day. We arrived on time, no one greeted us at the door, we went to the desk and was told that "Kellen" would be assisting us today. She asked what our price point was & since my daughter had a dress in mind, she asked about the dress. Kellen's response was "everyone wants that dress". They did not have the dress in stock so I began to ask questions about when they would be getting the dress, etc. and her reply was that she didn't know. She was so unprofessional and rude. We tried on a few dresses and she never offered to help in the dressing room, was not helpful at all, it was just terrible. We left there and my daughter was in tears! We went to another bridal boutique, without an appointment, and the young lady there was just amazing. She was busy and working the store by herself but took the time to help us, let my daughter try on dresses, it was the complete opposite of what we had experienced at Alyssa's. There was a man in the store that appeared to be observing customers, etc. but he did nothing to help us, no one did. I will NEVER step foot in this store again and I strongly encourage Kellen to get a different job!

I really liked it here. They had an amazing selection, affordable prices (anywhere from $400-$2000). The consultants were very sweet. I had Taylor. She worked very hard to find a way to make my dream dress come to fruition. I didn't get my dream dress there, and I almost bought a dress there, but I found my dress at another salon. (I liked Alyssa's so much, I almost went back to order that dress. Haha.) Although I will say that the store was a little cold and the dressing rooms were a bit small.
