Allied 24hr Towing

My mother was involved in an accident on 8/16/16 which totaled her car. TPD called out Allied to tow the vehicle. 2 days later, I went with my stepfather to collect her personal belongings from the vehicle which was being transported to Copart (we were there when the car arrived). Guess what...they were all missing!
The items missing included a Coach purse and matching umbrella, a stainless steel "Yeti style" cup, her radar detector, her roadside emergency kit, a pair of boots, an insulated freezer bag, the trinkets hanging from her rear view mirror, and more. Literally, the only thing left in the vehicle for us to pick up was papers (like bills, car related documents, etc.) Like I said, we were already at Copart when the car arrived, so I know that they had nothing to do with the missing items. The only other people that had any access to the vehicle prior to that were those employed by Allied Towing.
