Well, well, today I spoke with Ms Sharon from the East 21st Street location. She is first class and she offered words of wisdom, Godly wisdom to a Preacher. Yes, I've been away from Oklahoma from almost (3) years moving to California and she has worked with me. I wanna give The Alcatraz Storage owner and Ms Sharon a shoutout and to anyone else that needs a storage please check them out. They are first class people and first class is what we look for as consumers.

I was in need of a storage unit and went to Alcatraz in Tulsa and had the best customer service experience ever! I even had my children with me and the owners made it an easy paperwork process while my kids were there as well, which is important! With the purchase of my storage unit, I was even able to use their truck to haul my belongings to my unit for free. On top of the customer service being fantastic, the units are extremely clean, easy to access and the security is top of the line. I love it and recommend them to everyone and anyone!
