Had an ac installation, nice guys asked the installer was there any documentation for me. He told me no I looked at what he left for the inspector and the manual for the AC unit said this belongs to the home owner. Big lie! He also told me I would get a email receipt had to call about it. Surprise wouldn't get it until the check was processed what if I didn't have a email address! It still didn't come more mix-ups. I wanted to look at the filter couldn't open the filter drawer door it had overflow of sealant sealed to it had to use a knife to free it. The filter was dirty they didn't recheck there work. My schooling in electronics and work as an eng tech ll that wouldn't have ever cut the mustard.

Finally fixed our old Lennox central heat after 2 other companies couldn't fix it and wanted us to buy new system. Shawn the tech with Airco was proficient and patient until he was thorough. He got it fixed! Prices are very fair. Will always use Airco from now on.

I was impressed with the professionalism and promptness of the service. We paid more because of after hours but the service was great. I just want to command the electrician, Andrew. He was very nice and professional. He was methodical in trying to find the problem and was able to fix it without overcharging us. I will be using Airco for all our electrical and air conditioning needs.

Mike came on time, reviewed all issues, fixed everything to my knowledge, asked questions, was polite, sharp and alert.

Sean C was our tech for a clogged drain issue. He was very efficient and explained the problem very well. We are completely satisfied with the repair and the price!

Chris and Kendall did a great job.
Chris took time to review all the features of our new system with me and cleaned up after the install. They were also mindful to watch our for our old cat so she wouldn't end up behind a wall.

Late evening I had a "no heat" emergency that occurred when temps dropped to 15 degrees. It could have been very bad but wasn't because 1) Marvin responded to my phone call within 30 minutes 2) came out that night 3) correctly diagnosed and repaired unit's problem. My previous service company couldn't diagnose issue, when they came out earlier in the day.
Marvin explained the system to me (a women) without talking down to me, fixed the problem, and was pleasant while doing so. Airco is my service company from now on!

They have the best customer service of any HVAC company I've used. I had Airco Service install my Lennox air conditioning system and I have to say it has been the best money I have ever spent on my home. They have also installed a built in generator. So when my neighbors were without power for 3-4 days, I was happily using my lights and electronics. I've had them install a hot water heater, lights in my closet, and an external air conditioning unit in my studio. I don't know how anyone could give this company a bad review. They did an amazing job on all my repairs and WILL NOT use anyone else. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt.

I have used Airco for a number of years now and wouldn't use anyone else. Their people are friendly, skilled professionals. No matter what time of the day or night I call they are there for me. This year I bought a new a/c furnace combo unit from them and they did a great job from hauling away the old unit to installing the new one and all the while being careful not to step on my flowers! I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

Airco Service Inc. replaced our super noisy furnace and AC unit with a high efficient and super quite LENNOX brand equipment. My wife and i are very pleased with the quality of work performed by their skillful technicians and the performance of the equipment that they installed. Airco Service has made a great impression of what a great heating and air company they are. We have never used Airco before and we are so thankful that we did. For those who are in need of a heating and air company we recommend Airco. You will be thankful and satisfied, I know that we are. This was the best experience i have had with an hvac company. Jason my technician was compotent, informed and friendly and aswered all my questions i will positively use airco in the future i also feel assured that this company will be around to take care of any warranties i have with them now and in the future.
