They should change their name to no-action movers. I had Action Movers scheduled almost 30 days in advance to help with a move to our new house on Saturday. Billie called the morning of the move and indicated he was having truck problems, but would be there soon. At noon, he finally said he would have to reschedule and couldn't do it until the following week because he was booked out until then. Cancelling the morning of our move left us in a huge bind and it was too late to hire someone else. Most people are on a tight schedule and it takes coordination and timing to move out of one place and into another. We ended up renting a uhaul and loading everything ourselves. He did offer a discount if we decided to rebook, but didn't offer any kind of free server, or to work overtime to get things worked out.
